Job description

Accenture is providing Data Management services and has delivered multiple MDM and Data Quality solutions for clients. 

To make the clients’ MDM solution more quantifiable, standardized KPI’s, for each of the MDM domains, need to be developed.

The KPI’s will be used within existing MDM and DQ projects as well as input for future offerings for clients.

The candidate will perform internal and market research to come up with a list of KPI’s and how these can be measured in an MDM environment.

Deliverables

The deliverable for this project is a report which contains the following information

  • List of KPI’s per MDM domain
  • How can these KPI’s be measured
  • Prioritization of KPI’s with its market relevancy
