Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be at the core to understand, and also participate in and contribute to, how we drive operation performance management in Philips via the execution and standardization of key FP&A industry operations processes, to support the FP&A finance transformation roadmap, within the Industry operations domain.

You are responsible for

  • supporting cost price improvement in design and execution of reporting and planning model and process;
  • supporting productivity improvement in design and execution of reporting and planning model and process;
  • supporting finance transformation at factory level.
You are a part of

HealthTech Finance FP&A OPS CoE team which is a strong international and dynamic team of approximately 50 people with diverse backgrounds and a strong focus on speed, discipline, and execution. It is a global team spread across various locations. You will report to the Teamlead Industry Operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

We are looking for students currently studying for their Master (MSC) in one of the following fields:

  • Finance
  • Accounting
Furthermore we require
  • Good data management skill, excellent MS Excel skill is desired;
  • Diligent, teamwork spirit
  • Proficient in English
