Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to get a clear understanding of IT contribution in managing the primary processes for any organization.

You are responsible for

Provide support to the already running I2M initiative and make sure it adds value;

• Contribute to fill the pipeline with level 4 process based on business priority;

• Monitoring and reporting of the status regarding the I2M scope;

• Strengthen the relationship with the Business Process Owners community.

You are a part of

The IT I2M Global Service team located in the USA, Netherlands and India.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• In the last year of your Bachelor or Master in a relevant study: Business and/or Technical study

• You are having affinity with technology / information technology and an understanding of IT related processes

• You are pro-active, an open communicator, accurate, a fast learner and eager to learn. It is no problem for you to engage with a high number of colleagues.

• Your English is at a professional level
