In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Learn about the broad variety of Human Resources Management. We are looking for you who can support the implementation of people, culture and engagement initiatives. That will be your challenge during your internship.
You are responsible for
- Support the Human Resource Business Partner in the execution of standard activities.
- Help set up & monitor HR-related projects related to topics such as Leadership development programs, culture building and engagement initiatives, and learning & development offerings.
- Support in the implementation of change initiatives.
- Working closely with the MT & HR department to analyze HR data (via Workday) and derive meaningful reporting, supporting topics such as talent management
- Key contact person for H&W Coaching Program.
The Royal Philips Health and Wellness team, a fast-paced business group within the Royal Philips Personal Health cluster and also the carrier of two of Royal Philips largest and exciting sub brands; Philips Sonicare and Philips Avent. You will work in our Head Office in Amsterdam.
- Currently studying towards your University Master in Sciences WO (Msc.) with next qualification(s): Human Resources or (International) Business Management
- Being fluent in oral and written English
- Are enthusiastic, willing to learn
- With experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Have previous project management experiences (preferred)
A front seat in the heart of Human Resources.
- This internship position is subject to discuss the availability of an Thesis assignment
- Duration: 6 months
- We prefer students able to start per January 2018, no later than February 2018.
