In this role, you have the opportunity

to play a key role in building the important Change Mgt capabilities further in the organization and connecting the Change Mgt community to stimulate knowledge sharing and lessons learned.

You are responsible for:

• Orchestrating the targeted workshop/training plan for 2018

• Preparing for and follow-up on Change Mgt community calls / meetings

• Building on the created maturity scan to measure appliance in key programs

• Orchestrating the continuous improvement cycle for CM materials to ensure standardization

You are a part of

the Business Transformation team where all large worldwide programs are being designed, set-up and managed. Within BT, you are part of the Change Management Practice which currently exists of two people connected with a large change management community globally.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • Currently studying towards your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Psychology or HRM
  • Good knowledge of English language both verbally and written
  • Analytical thinker, ability to swap between the bigger picture and the detail
  • Self-starter, not afraid to look for information and reach out to new people
  • Ideally good power point and excel skills
  • Ideally some knowledge / experience with change management
  • Available as soon as possible
  • Possibility to do your Thesis could be discussed
