SAP Ariba is a market leader which integrates the entire buying process across the entire organization. Ariba Network is connecting millions of suppliers with easy cloud base solutions, which can be enhanced with targeted solution extensions and apps. SAP Ariba offers an end-to-end automated solution that removes complexity and allows buyers and suppliers to manage everything from contracts to payments all in one place.
As an intern, you will be working together with the Accenture innovation team to discover and further develop the procurement automated learning assistant in sourcing strategy.
The automated learning assistant has the capability of self-learning, hands-free voice commands, predictive responses, guide in SAP Ariba, catalog look-up in SAP Ariba, easy look-up for requisition statuses and approvers. These capabilities will be further developed to support strategic buyers with preparation of a sourcing event like: gathering data about suppliers from various sources, support final decision of sourcing event, etc.
To be able to achieve this you will get the opportunity to work together with experts in this field on a combination of multiple technologies which enables Virtual assistant capabilities:
• Sens: sensor processing, audio or computer vision;
• Analyze and understand: natural language representation and understanding;
• ACT: support or make informed decisions and take actions (e.g. machine self-learning).
We expect you to be creative with ideas about the future add-on solution which can be developed at a later stage with support of our development team. Programing skills and knowledge regarding algorithms are added value, however they are not a must have to join our project. A technology background is very important to be able to complete this assignment.
