Internship: Finance Vendor and Performance Management (Not suitable for Thesis)
Job description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of the IT Delivery organization, have a position in the kernel of the Vendor and Performance Mgt (VPM). and working together with colleagues in e.g. India and USA. This function is recently set up with the deliverable to provide detailed and up to date data re the IT vendor performance and identifying the gaps contract and actual output. You have the opportunity to contribute to the way of working, build and deploy the dashboards needed to gather, analyze and monitor the performances. In the end this will help the VPM team and IT Management to review direct, detailed and up to date the business and financial output, hence being able to take the right decisions to lead and steer the Global IT Organization.
You are responsible for
- gather and analyze data
- build the reporting dashboards to monitor vendor performance (e.g. related to quantity and quality of resources, hours, rates, timings etc.)
- Engage in building and refining new operational processes related to IT delivery
- Interact and coordinate with various teams with IT Delivery
Be part of the IT Delivery organization, have a position in the kernel of the Vendor and Performance Mgt., Creativity, out of the box thinking are welcomed. The IT organization consists of many nationalities and the team includes junior, medior and senior members.
- Studying towards your Bachelor or Master in Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Analytical capability
- Knowledge of business/financials processes/flows
- Excellent skills with reporting tools (Excell/Powerpoint/Building Dashboards)
- Excellent or native English
- Able to connect and communicate effectively with stakeholders, taken into account cultural differences
- Available as soon as possible
- Not suitable for thesis
