During this internship you will work on several HR projects and contribute to the implementation of the HR Strategy for Personal Care. You will do so by gathering (HR) data, analyzing it and turn it into concrete measures to work on for the coming years. You will also work with the HR Business Partners on strategic HR projects related to leadership development, talent management & strategic workforce planning.

You are responsible for

• Project managing and facilitating smooth execution of several HR projects related to leadership development for Operations& Innovation, talent management with a special focus on Inclusion & Diversity & strategic workforce planning with a focus on continuous improvement of the Strategic Workforce Planning created in 2017.

• Gather and analyze HR data and turn them into clear information & insights

• Support the HR business partner with reporting of HR data on an ad hoc basis

You are a part of

The HR team of Personal Care in Amsterdam, consisting of the Head of HR Personal Care, HR business Partner Personal Care and the HR Assistant and depending on your project you might work together with the HR Managers, People Managers, Employees & administrative assistants based in various international locations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor or Master student in the direction of Human Resource Studies

• Strong analytical skills and mindset

• Able to present data in a clear, comprehensive way (.xls/.ppt)

• Pro activity and able to work on your own

• Fluent in English
