Your impact
During your internship, you will support the Field HR team of 12 HR advisors on several topics. You will gain experience in the day-to-day activities of an HR advisor within Accenture such as performance achievement, illness, and attrition. Besides the basic HR support, you will attribute to different projects and programs within HR. Topics you can think of are:
- Career counseling; you will be involved in initiatives and policy regarding guiding and coaching our employees on their careers within Accenture.
- Optimizing HR processes;
- Engagement; you will be involved in the project group focused on the policy and activities around initiatives to keep our employees engaged. Within Accenture, this topic plays a central role and we think it is very important that our employees feel involved with the organization. As an organization, we do a lot to examine, increase and maintain the satisfaction of our employees;
- Talent management; a topic that plays a central role within Accenture is to make sure that our employees can develop themselves in the right way;
- You will focus on several programs that fall within Talent Strategy. You will be actively involved in our HR policy and the activities around it.
If you want to do your own research about the above subjects, we will offer you the opportunity to do this with the help of the knowledge and expertise available within Accenture.
Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization’s activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications.
Are you a student in your third or fourth year with preferably a specialization in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration and do you have an affinity with and/or experience within HR? In addition, you are a team player with good communication skills in both Dutch and English. You can work independently, with Excel and PowerPoint and have a hands-on mentality, know how to keep an overview and can manage several tasks at the same time.
