In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of the transformation journey of Philips and join the team of one of the new global programs. You will create and execute reliable function based documentation and knowledge management to support functional onboarding and Knowledge Transfer, for effective employee onboarding and transition in the Global Business Services (GBS) space
Non-Thesis. Duration: 6 months. Available per September 1st (ASAP)
You are responsible for
- Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive onboarding framework
- Playing an important role in content creation for process documentation framework together with the team based in India and Netherlands
- Supporting the execution of Learning Programs aimed at Continuous Improvement of Knowledge/Skills of Global Business Services (GBS) employees
- Aiding in the reporting of the training metrics to indicate the Learning & Skill Development health of the hub to the Leadership team and the relevant stakeholders
- Reinforcing our culture and values
- Implementing innovative ways for effective employee engagement and communication.
- Supporting in content creation for digital channels and social media.
You will work in close collaboration with the Local Global Business (GBS) Education and Training Lead, the Transition Manager, Process Documentation and other team members. You are closely linked to the Learning Communities in Philips.
It is a global team so you are expected to have cultural awareness affinity and be a team player.
- Currently studying towards your University Bachelor of Science/Master of science WO (Bsc./Msc.) in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Phycology, (International) Business Management
- Strong Excel skills. Ability to analyze data and draw relevant insights to build process documentation, Knowledge Transfer and learning strategies
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills; have creative copywriting skills in English and content creation experience
- You are interested in digital channels and social media.
- You have experience and passion about following new trends for learning engagement, learning platforms and analytics tools
- You are structure, organized, and have a can-do attitude with a positive, creative and curious mindset
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at heart
- You will be based at our head-office in Amsterdam.
- The student is entitled to paid leave on the basis of 1 day per month.
