In this role, you have the opportunity to
Join the team of one of the new global programs. You will create and execute a social media strategy for effective employee engagement and communication
Non-Thesis. Duration: 6 months. Available per September 1st (ASAP)
You are responsible for
- Finding and implement innovative ways for effective communication strategies
- Playing an important role in content creation for digital channels and social media
- Reinforcing our culture and values
- Supporting the development and implementation of communication and change management plans
You are a part of
You will work in close collaboration with the Change and Communication Director of the program, the Head of the program and other team members. You are closely linked to the Communications community in Philips. Cultural awareness affinity to work in a global team
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Currently studying towards your University of Science/Master of science WO (Bsc./Msc.) in: Communications, Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology
- You have experience and passion for new trends in digital channels and social media management platforms and analytics tools
- Advanced Excel skills. Able to analyze data and draw relevant insights to build digital media strategies
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills; you have creative copywriting skills in English and content creation experience
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at heart. You come with a can-do attitude with a positive, creative and curious mindset
- Passion about following new trends for social media engagement
