You are responsible for
As a Philips HR Intern, you work on projects that enable the successful execution of our HR strategy, and provide HR Business partner(s) in your scope with dedicated support on critical topics. You will get to apply project management principles and practices, and work in strong collaboration with other HR Interns, Project managers and other involved stakeholders. Whilst doing so, you will have ownership of the full transparency and quality control throughout the life cycle of your projects.
You will be part of a team of HR project managers and other interns working within HR for Finance, IT, Real Estate, CSO and other functions. All the colleagues work in different projects and for different functions
- Master degree students who aspire a career within HR
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective stakeholder management/ communication
- Excel/ Data analytics experience
- Previous internship experience within a multinational environment is a benefit.
We offer a challenging assignment for an intern to participate actively within several HR projects focused on the implementation of tactical and/or strategic HR topics such as the Talent Review/ Job Catalog Improvements/ Reporting/ Career Pathing etc. .
