Duration: 6 months, Hands-on 40 hour/week assignment.

Play a role in an initiative that is strongly linked to our mission of improving people’s lives while delivering on our business commitments.

You are responsible for
  • Coordinating with improvement teams on Businesses and markets the status on DEFOA metrics
  • Consolidate planning updates for initiatives happening on businesses, markets and functions
  • Creating reports for DEFOA business indicators on a need-to basis
  • Provide templates and give training to BIU/Market/Functional teams on how to access information
  • Manages the DEFOA Sharepoint site and ensures information is updated
You are a part of

Health systems Commercial Supply Chain organization responsible for exceeding order fulfillment expectations, enabling the delivery of the health continuum to our customers and consumers, as well as driving operational excellence.

To succeed in this rol, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Studying towards your Bachelor / Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or Business Administration
  • Preferable with experience in a multinational company/environment with knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PMBOK)
  • Strong Excel skills (E.g use of MS  pivot tables, slicers, visual basic)
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills and fluent in English
  • Structured way of working, Self-driven, Eager to learn and to challenge status quo
