Job Description

Duration: 6 months, 40 hours per week

Start: ASAP, no later than January or February 2019!

You will work in different projects and support the Program Management Office (PMO).

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Demonstrate your competence(s) in the field of Procurement and Logistics and at the same time learn how you can turn these competences into value for yourself and our multinational, innovative, healthtech company.

You are responsible for

To act as a project coordinator and support to the overall PMO. Main tasks will be:

  • Coordination between the different work streams, business entities and functions. (standardized reporting and structure)
  • Link the procurement dataset to the business dataset to enrich our overall Airfreight data. (What do we ship question)
  • Process mapping over the different BG’s Value Stream Mapping (Why and how do we ship question)
  • Facilitate meetings and conventions
You are a part of

The Forwarding and distribution (logistics) procurement team and part of an x-functional effort with a focus on supply chain.

 

You will be based at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Currently studying towards your University Bachelor or Master in Sciences in next directions: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Business Economics/Econometrics
  • Project management skills, strong analytic skills and the ability to be decisional in an organizational sensitive environment
  • Preferably knowledge of procurement and or logistics
  • Self-propelling and persevering personality
  • Fluent in English
