You will be a part of the following team:
The Customer Project Managers (CPM) are responsible for managing the delivery towards our customers. This includes managing expectations towards customers, leading other Philips colleagues to ensure the right delivery, installation, and handover towards our customers. They have a strong influence on critical business metrics such as Customer Satisfaction, Market Cycle Time, Revenue Recognition, Margin, Inventory, among others. At Philips we have a community of approx. 500 CPMs globally.
The Business Process Owner for Installation and Customer Project Management team is responsible for providing the right support towards the CPMs. This includes: providing guidance and standards on processes, developing capabilities, working with markets and BIUs to building improvements and address the longer term challenges, among other activities.
A multi-year CPM program has been developed in order to strengthen the CPM community and processes.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support projects of the CPM Program that enable capability building of the CPMs as well as drive other operational improvements such as Market Cycle Time.
You are responsible for
- Clarifying current different setups in all different markets around projects for small installables
- Prepare future scenarios with pros and cons to come to a globally harmonized setup.
- Create an implementation plan to achieve this setup.
- Applying project management techniques to keep the project on track
- Preparing and supporting proper communication to relevant stakeholders
You will actively support:
Health systems Commercial Supply Chain organization responsible for exceeding order fulfillment expectations, enabling the delivery of the health continuum to our customers and consumers, as well as driving operational excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Currently pursuing a University Degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Preferable with experience in a multinational company/environment
• Advanced business analytical skills (E.g use of pivot tables, slicers, visual basic)
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Available to start: ASAP
• Self-driven, Eager to learn and to challenge status quo
