Intern Customer Project Management Capabilities (non thesis)

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support projects of the Customer Project Management (CPM) Program that enable capability building of the CPMs as well as drive other operational improvements such as Market Cycle Time.
You are responsible for
- Setting up a monitoring and control structure to provide transparency on the progress and impact of the CPM capabilities project
- Supporting the preparation of market capabilities workshops
- Applying project management techniques to keep the project on track
- Following up with the CPM leads of the markets on the implementation of improvement roadmaps
- Creating reports that can give additional insights towards the markets (e.g. benchmark, individual performance KPIs)
You are part of
Health systems Commercial Supply Chain organization responsible for exceeding order fulfillment expectations, enabling the delivery of the health continuum to our customers and consumers, as well as driving operational excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Currently studying towards your University Bachelor Degree with next qualification(s) in Project Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- Advanced business analytical skills in Excel and PowerPoint (E.g use of pivot tables, slicers, visual basic)
- Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
- Self-driven, Eager to learn and to challenge status quo
- Preferable with experience in a multinational company/environment
- Fluent in English
