You are responsible for

• Support the Health & Wellness marketing team (Mother & Childcare / Oral Healthcare) in realizing the business targets
• Drive brand love and conversion by executing innovative digital marketing campaigns through our platform app(s) and shape innovative app-based ways of go-to-market strategies
• Responsible for the local market, competition, shopper and consumer analysis to help you determine your marketing strategy based on the consumer decision journey
• Prepare new product launches, events and demonstrations 
• Analyze the business and market results and initiate corrective actions where needed
• Do this by teaming up with colleagues, ensuring good communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
