Internship: Business Transformation Project Management (Suitable for Thesis)

Job Description

Duration: 5-6 months

Start: We prefer students able to start as soon as possible but no later than January or February 2019.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Grow your knowledge in sales enablement and sales excellence domains. You can experience and foster collaboration, which is overarching 3 continents and over 7 countries. You will have the opportunity to work with subject matter experts from Latin America, Australia, India, the Netherlands, Germany and India.

You are responsible for

  • fostering collaboration between the team members
  • collecting ideas and synchronize them to have one single direction
  • ensuring the multidisciplinary teams are constantly aligned on the direction
  • document the standard work
  • follow up on the pilot implementations and constantly update the standard work with the learnings

You are a part of

A truly global team, which consists of highly experienced matured sales enablement experts. We bring tons of knowledge from the markets to this work and we are all enthusiastic about the opportunity, which lays ahead of us with creating and later implementing one global standard work for the International markets. The whole team is covering all 15 so-called international markets, in the close project team you will have the chance to work closely with 7 of them.

 

You will be working at our office in Eindhoven.
 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • You are currently studying towards your Bachelor degree in: Business Administration, Business Management, Business Economics or Marketing
  • Ideally your education enabled you to understand sales and marketing functions
  • You are highly skilled in Power Point
  • High level of English knowledge is mandatory as you will work with multiple countries
  • Capably of thinking in systems, you will be systematizing various inputs received from the stakeholders
