Be an important player in a network of colleagues from several group departments, driving global change efforts to improve Philips’ structural performance. By doing so, Philips will realize more sustainable results, increase the transparency and improve the quality and speed of decision-making.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting standardization and continuous improvement activities that improve different practices within Global Performance Management (GMP).
  • Executing and improving the communication plan for GMP key processes, utilizing variable communication channels.
  • Analysis and insight generation on performance management related topics (e.g. Business planning and execution).

You are a part of

The central Accelerate! Business Transformation organization, a core member of the Group Performance Management team. The Group Performance Management consists of six members and is part of a strong network of performance management champions from markets, sectors (businesses) and functions; we aim, to drive our company towards world-class performance management.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Studying towards a BSc/MSc in the area of Management/Finance/Business Information Management or other business related areas

• Relevant knowledge and experience in project management

• Relevant knowledge of performance management analytics, tools, reporting

• Knowledge of application of MS Office tools, including SharePoint

• Expert level English and knowledge of additional languages preferred

• Creativity and business sense, ability to ‘think outside the box’

• Easy communicator and good sense of humor
