Internship: Finance Global Events (Non-Thesis)

Start: As soon as possible, no later than Q2 2019!

Duration: 6 months. We expect you to be available 5 days per week!

You are responsible for

• Track Invoices and address any Accounts Payable challenges. Suggest or enact appropriate solutions. Learn and master internal accounting operation tools, and monitor status of team’s account payables.
• Work with the Manager Finance Operations to report on the financials.
• Maintain, collect and manage monthly commitments and collections for teams.
• Manage to net zero (or less) budgets within ‘spend on behalf’ portion of budget.
• Help teams record any known spends in the event management tool.  Improve the global monitoring of event spend disclosure.
