What will you be doing?
As one of the first companies to start using vocal bots on Google Home Netherlands, Air France-KLM is a proven frontrunner when it comes to smart, innovative bots on social media.
With state of the art technology such as incorporating the chat-options on Facebook Messenger, Twitter and WhatsApp, we guarantee easy access to our customers all over the globe. Our bots are able to answer an array of questions: from booking requests to using the Flying Blue program, from luggage transfers to transferring flights. Over 1500 passengers book their flights through Google Assistant, a month!
You practically live and breathe AI and NLP engines such as Google’s DialogFlow. The Social-Product team thinks in possibilities and realizes that a short time-to-market turnover is key. You and your colleagues waste no time developing, translating and incorporating various codes from Kotlin, Spring, MongoDB and Gatling. All to ensure the ultimate customer experience worldwide.
As part of the Social Product team, you will either be located at Schiphol-Rijk or at our head office in Amstelveen. Aspiring to deliver to the needs of our customers requires extreme flexibility and innovation on your part. You will work closely with various colleagues divided over fifty international and multidisciplinary teams . Along with the information analysts, scrum masters, developers, architects, business analysts and product owners, you will developing in a unique SAFe environment.
You are currently working toward a Master’s degree with a background in (information) technology. You are independent, curious and have an unruly drive for innovation. Your education is geared toward Artificial Intelligence and while you may not have significant experience with Chatbot implementation, it does make you curious and eager to learn more. Since you’ll be working in an international environment with colleagues from various backgrounds, proficiency in English, written and spoken, is a must. The preferable start period is in September for 4-5 days a week.
