Job Description

Within the Salesforce Business Group we develop and implement innovative Salesforce solutions at the client. Artificial Intelligence (AI) helps sales users to score leads with the propensity to buy and gives intelligent recommendations on the best next steps to close the deal, to create Smart customer relationship management (CRM). As Salesforce is developing rapidly in a variety of different AI functionalities, we need an overview of the relevant Developments and trends within the coming 5 years.
 
Your Job
In this Artificial Intelligence Internship you will be writing advice on how to set the right focus for our Einstein capability in, including recommendations on how to stay ahead of our competition. You will be gathering information by identifying & interviewing people, perform desk research etc. to get a good understanding of the AI market within the CRM Domain, and reflect this in a report. It goes without saying that you will apply the latest theoretical insights and methodologies. Added to this you are going to follow training on the Salesforce Einstein Suite to get a good understanding of the Salesforce Einstein product suite.
 
Currently, we have the following assignments: 
(1) Setting up a strategy in an advice report for the coming years on Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Salesforce CRM-domain.
(2) Setting up Recommendations in an advice report on the current methodology for implementing Einstein Artificial Intelligence

Qualifications

Your background

  • Graduate Bachelor or Master student in IT, Business IT or related studies

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Self-starter and independent worker

  • Proactive, eager to learn and able to solve complex issues

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on the business value of IT; the ability to communicate the value of IT and the business impact.

  • Available for 4-6 months
