Job Description

Transform the world around you by unleashing your skills and crafting the next generation of technology. Put your expertise to work as part of the world’s largest independent technology services provider and lead the way as a trendsetter in your digital field. We’re ready if you are.

Your job
Within Accenture’s Program Control Services team we believe that organizational change is growing in importance and complexity, in today’s rapidly changing world. Organizations need to evolve ever faster, and the teams delivering this change need expert guidance to be successful. We are the experts providing this guidance, and to do so we also keep raising our own bar.
Currently, we have the following assignment:

Most people will agree that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will have significant impact on the way most of us work and realize organizational change. At the same time, we see relatively little concrete application today and don’t seem to spend enough time on optimally preparing ourselves to make the most of AI - for our clients and for ourselves.
We are therefore looking for better insight in how AI is going to concretely impact the way teams realize change (agile delivery, change programs, …) in the next few years, and what this means for us in term of the capabilities we need to develop now.

Your team
Accenture Technology leverages design thinking, industry insights, and the latest digital methodologies to help our clients innovate, grow, and improve their businesses. Our expertise, capabilities, and experience mean that our clients (including some of the biggest brands in the world) trust us to find the right solutions for their needs.

Together with talented international colleagues, you will be focusing on connecting the needs of businesses with new possibilities that come with technological progress. Because that's where the real challenges are: inventing and testing things that have never been tried before, getting new applications ready for roll-out, and ultimately guiding our clients to select and apply the right technologies to transform their businesses.

Qualifications

Your background

  • Final year Bachelor or Master student in IT, Business IT or related studies

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Proactive, eager to learn and able to solve complex issues

  • Self-starter and independent worker

  • Analytical in filtering the essence in documentation

  • Available for 5-6 months for 40 hours a week
