Bring your vision to life and help industries adapt to the changing world of business by building innovative solutions through insights. Start your graduation project at Accenture Consulting and transform your ideas into reality!
Your job
The rise of New Banking is changing the customer experience. Digital innovations, new regulations and fierce competition have already delivered a major blow to businesses slow to respond. Furthermore, Fintechs even threaten the very foundations of traditional financial services (FS). In order to survive in this demanding environment, business strategy involves the need to be highly flexible and competitive. Moreover, HR strategies are being redefined as transformations impact the workforce amidst a rapidly changing technological landscape. Organizations’ strategies seek to harness the power of data driven solutions for long-term advantages and shareholder value. The new leadership imperative is clear: Build the Workforce of the Future!
How can FS leaders build a workforce that strives in the digital age, allowing people to flourish in a future augmented by new technologies? And what are the implications and opportunities for organizational transformations led by data driven solutions?
Accenture offers you the possibility to experience this new revolution from the front row. You are expected to write a master thesis based on scientific research into the related concepts, applications and value of Organizational change / Future workforce in the Dutch banking industry. Next to its theoretical value, the thesis should generate new knowledge and insights that is of direct relevance to Accenture’s Financial Services department and that strengthens Accenture’s leading position as a global professional services provider.
Next to the master thesis, Accenture offers you the possibility to develop your professional skills. Graduating at Accenture is more than just getting your diploma. For instance, we stimulate our interns to engage in extra activities such as writing articles, organizing deep dive or round table events, and networking by meeting with and presenting results to experts in a variety of fields. At Accenture, the sky is the limit!
