Liquid Studios – DevOps Internship Start date 1 September 2020
Liquid Studio is reinventing the way browsing is performed. Could you imagine creating an immersive web where you can dive? We only rely on Continuous Delivery. Automation in our lives is a must. You will help our developers on automating the delivery, testing or monitoring of the solution. You’ll go further from basic sys admin and scripting to the world of smart infrastructure and delivery. We are looking for a full-time intern for 4-6 months, who is able to think outside of the box to come up with new ideas and implement them using the best practices. You’ll have a lot of freedom and will be able to explore, use and grow your skills.
Your job
Liquid Studio Netherlands is a department within Accenture focusing on innovation delivery and R&D in the areas of Blockchain, IA, IoT, and DevOps. We have a strong engineering culture where bringing awesome ideas to live and enjoying yourself while doing so are the main aspects of our strategy. If you want to have the freedom to come up with great ideas and try them out Liquid Studio Netherlands (in Utrecht) is the place to be. Within this internship you will be implementing pipelines, testing automation, delivery orchestration and automated infrastructure provisioning. You are going to provide best practices on security. To build a product suite that delights customers you will communicate constructively with team members. You will contribute to team decisions about system architecture and the selection of technical tools. Added to this you will troubleshoot issues as they arise and resolve technical challenges and. Lastly you understand business concerns and contribute to brainstorming pragmatic options to address them.

- Bachelor or Master student in software engineering or Computer Science or related studies
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch
- Able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skill
- A solid foundation in software programming
- CI/CD knowledge, Jenkins, AWS, Docker
- System administration skills
