We are KLM Digital, responsible for all customer facing products (such as AFKL website, mobile applications, chatbots) in AirFrance KLM. Our business is delivering business innovation in a highly competitive market and with an Agile way of working our product teams are delivering new features with full speed. Technology is changing every day in the outside world and we need to keep our applications up to speed with new technology. We work in Distributed Agile mode together with multiple cultures in different locations such as France, The Netherlands and India. In this agile world, we want to attract new Digital talents to strengthen our workforce. The world is changing so we need to adapt our recruitment process. We are looking for an intern who can design a new recruitment process to find solutions on the below challenges and help us out to execute it.

- New ways of attracting & reaching candidates? Vacancies on traditional websites enough? Or do we need to go to conferences to reach the right technical community? We need your outside of the box ideas.
Assignment:
- Together with our recruitment department you will design a new recruitment process
- On behalf of the hiring managers: You will monitor the new incoming applications, trigger the actions for new incoming applications and communicate within the team and the potential candidate
- Organize meet & greet days
- Bachelor Human Resource Management or similar education
- Softskills: Strong communication skills, interpersonal sensitivity, out of the box thinking, result oriented
-A monthly compensation of 425 to 500 euros bruto per month.
