Where will you step onboard?
AFKLMP Cargo offers digital solutions via API technology and ecosystem, enabling us to develop existing and new distribution channels. Next to our own customer service (offline channel), we offer a booking platform on our own website (myCargo), and we are connected to third party platforms and software providers also. That means that our customers have various options to buy our products and services. The Channel Strategy & Optimization team optimizes the commercial strategy by analyzing the commercial activities on our distribution channels, and by ensuring we propose the right commercial offer in the right channel, according to the needs of our customers.
As the Channel Strategy & Optimization team of AFKLMP Cargo is quite new, we do not yet have the proper data sets and reporting to analyze the commercial effects of our strategy. We have set our business requirements, but we need help to translate that into data analytics.
