Your job

If you are a natural relationship builder with customers and you are passionate about process development, then this might be the right opportunity for you! Within this internship, you will get hands on experience via interacting with the customers and seeking for development and innovation for the Process Design.

Your activities during this internship will include, but are not limited to:

  • Onboard customers,
  • Collect customer feedback,
  • Set up all procedures together with venture team.

You will become part of the “Exxchainge” team within Group Innovation. The aim of the team is to develop fee generating business for ABN AMRO Bank and together with your team, business colleagues, developers and partners you will put this venture in the market.

Your profile
  • You are at least a second year HBO/WO BSc student.
  • You are enrolled at university for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Your study covers Customer Service in IT driven Environment.
  • You are fluent in Dutch.
  • You have affinity with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • You can start by Mid-February or March (the exact date is flexible).
  • You are available for 3 months minimum and up to 6 months.
  • Customer Facing: You have an affinity with Customer Facing and you are passionate about it.
  • Flexible: You are used to work in dynamic environments. 
  • Problem solver: Your analytical skills and creativity are well developed in order to come up with realistic solutions.
  • Process Design: You are experienced with Process Design and you are constantly look for how to improve the process.
  • Team-player: You are a social person who loves to work in groups, sharing responsibilities but also laughs, coffee, and of course success!
