Your job

During this internship, you will be part of the Talent & Learning team within HR for the Netherlands. This team is responsible for the strategy and facilitation of the local learning offering, custom designed leadership development programs, onboarding and employee engagement for Accenture employees. As an intern, you will be at the center of our team. You will have responsibilities across various initiatives. For example: Help coordinate programs around Leadership Development, optimize and create internal trainings, create communication (plans) for learning initiatives, be a program assistant for the monthly Accenture onboarding program. Moreover, we are open to new initiatives and encourage you to pro-actively share your ideas on Talent & Learning. 

If you see opportunities to align your own graduation project/thesis with this internship, we will offer you the possibility to spend one day a week on your own research project. You will have access to all knowledge and expertise available within

Your team

As driven individuals within the corporate functions department we do whatever it takes to ensure Accenture’s success – every day. This department bundles together specialists from HR, Finance, Marketing + Communications, Legal and IT services to support our thriving consultants.

 

Your role entails being the internal consultant within our consultancy bureau: Based on your expertise, you will advise and help guide, support and improve our end-to-end business. Through modern tools, innovative practices and your expertise we take a different approach to modern-day obstacles – resulting in the new optimal outcomes.

 

It may seem like a constant struggle to fulfill the strategic roadmaps of our clients, partners and colleagues – but we can assure you that the result we achieve together is totally worth it.

Your background
  • We are looking for a proactive, motivated bachelor or master student, in their final year of studies in the area of: Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.

  • You have a passion for learning.

  • You are a team player.

  • You have excellent communication skills.

  • You can work independently.
