Our Accenture Interactive office in Amsterdam is looking for an intern to join our Design & Innovation team.

You’re a creative mastermind, you can easily conceive new ideas and solutions to the most wicked problems, you love thinking abstract and on a conceptual level.

You’re a rebel and troublemaker, you don’t take things for granted and want to push boundaries, you’re daring and by default challenge the status quo by asking critical questions and challenging assumptions.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to take things further; you want to bring about positive change and have the drive and desire to make a big(ger) impact on people and planet. You watch Steve Jobs’ Stanford speech at least once a year.

You’re familiar with the venture or startup design process and methodologies such as lean startup, blue ocean strategy, business model innovation, etc. TechCrunch is your 2nd (online) home. Innovation your native language.

You have a strong feel for design and can visualize ideas into various forms of (digital) art ranging from sketches to storyboards and from low-fi designs to hi-fi mockups. At some point in your life, you considered joining an arts academy… your parents think you’re the next Picasso (and you can’t blame them).

You’re well-versed with new (emerging) technologies (AR/VR/AI, Digital twins, etc.) and understand how they can make a positive impact on people, society, and the planet.

We don’t expect you to be the next Jordan Belfort but you easily articulate the choices you’ve made in the creative process and sell/pitch your creative ideas, concepts, products and prototypes to an audience.
We only consider candidates who have a design portfolio or a showcase.

Studying a bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in (but not limited to) Industrial Design & Engineering, ArtScience, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Design for Interaction, and Strategic Product Design.

You have a strong (entrepreneurial) drive and have the ambition or dream to setup your own startup.

You love working together and interacting with other people, this doesn’t mean you need to be an extravert like Steve Ballmer, we believe in diversity and are open to all personality types.

Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

You can work independently, have a hands-on mentality and take responsibility.
