Job Description

Are you searching for an internship per the 1st of July where you can play an active role in stimulating sustainability in the Netherlands and at the largest Accenture clients? Accenture is facilitating partner of the Dutch Sustainable Growth Coalition (DSGC), where 8 leading Dutch Multinationals work together to make a tangible impact on sustainability. We offer you a working experience through internship for 6 months for 32 to 40 hours a week, where you actively support the different activities of this important coalition, focused solely on sustainability and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. During the internship, you can experience what it means to work at Accenture through active involvement and engagement.

Your Job
As the DSGC intern you will support the DSGC program manager on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to contribute to all the ongoing activities at the coalition, ranging from strategy execution, program management, event organization, research on the UN Sustainable development goals, preparing & running sustainability pilots, preparing discussions with policy-makers and communications.

In agreement with the DSGC Program Manager your role can be tweaked to your objectives and skills.

Qualifications

Your background

  • You are a Master student in the final year of your graduation, preferably with a specialization in the areas of: Sustainability, Business Administration, Strategy or Innovation (Management);
  • You have evident affinity with Sustainability and Consulting.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English;
  • You have an eagerness to learn, you work independently and have a hands-on mentality, and you are a hard, structured worker;
  • You are experienced in MS Office applications.

Nice to have's: You are experienced in Circular Economy or Health, Nutrition and Food Systems or the Energy Transition and the new developments such as Waste to Chemicals or Hydrogen for our upcoming pilots and/or you have experience with social media management.
