WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will support our Payroll Specialist with the employee benefit and vacation day administration. You will be involved in the administration of our pension scheme, health insurance and other fringe benefits. This includes timely application, change and cancellation of employee insurances. You will also make sure that the vacation balance of employees is up to date and vacations are booked timely and correct in the vacation tracker.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

You have an eye for details, you have affinity with finance, payroll and HR matters. You are accurate and pro-active. You are honest, positive-minded and trustworthy. You are good with numbers and Excel.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Experience is not required. Sound knowledge of and fluency in Dutch and English.


Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
