You will be part of the Talent Strategy team at Accenture the Netherlands. This team is constantly looking to bring to life our I&D strategy through creative solutions that include updating and creating new policy and collaborating with leadership and our networks to further our company and our culture. At Accenture the Netherlands, I&D plays an important role in employee engagement and creating an inclusive culture in the workplace. We achieve this by examining, enhancing and maintaining the satisfaction of our employees. You will be actively involved in our I&D policies and the activities around it.

Your tasks are very diverse (it’s all in the name) and include, among others: leading (recruitment & leadership development) projects for colleagues, understanding the needs of our people, organizing events and workshops with our internal I&D communities (cross-cultural, people with disabilities, refugees, women in Accenture, working parents, Pride, etc.), continuously strengthening our I&D policy, setting up internal and external communication content, and building and maintaining a relationship with various stakeholders.

Place in the organization

Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization’s activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications.

Qualifications

Your background

We are looking for an enthusiastic master student, preferably in the field of Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Cultural Anthropology, Marketing and Communications, or related fields. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and fluent in English. Some understanding of Dutch is always a nice to have. In addition, you are eager to learn, can work proactively and independently, and you have a strong affinity for the subject of Inclusion and Diversity.
