In this role you would be joining the cross country Employer Branding & Student Relations team with colleagues in Sweden, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands. You are the first point of contact for our external student relations, partners and universities in the Netherlands and UK when it comes to events and collaborations. Our goal is to set up events and other activities that are perfectly aligned with our needs and our target audience. You are free to come up with creative and innovative ideas to improve our processes and engage with young talent in a new way.
Our (sub)team Student Relations is made up of three people (plus you as an intern), but you will have more than 20 colleagues in the Netherlands within recruitment and employer branding. We all share a common goal: empower our business with the right talent to achieve fossil free living within one generation.
This is what you will be doing:
- Support the smooth organization of internal and external events, both live and online, such as in-house days, lunch lectures, workshops, career days etc.
- Maintaining contact with student associations and universities
- Engage the business representatives at all levels (our Young Talent Ambassadors) to allign on presentations, cases and events
- Managing the student relations mailbox
- Develop promotion materials (flyers, information folders, give-aways) is an optional task but is as plus
- Motivated and easy communicator, you do not shy away from reaching out to colleagues on your own
- Proactive, eager to learn and lead event projects
- Available for at least 5 months, a minimum of 16 hours a week
- Doing an undergraduate HBO or WO study (Communications, Marketing, Event management)
- Interested in Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Wiling to contribute to our goal to become fossil-free within one generation
- Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken
- Dynamic, challenging and fun working environment
- Experience working in both international (cross-border) and national teams
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end event organisation
- Flexible starting date, EUR 500 compensation for a full-time position, travel costs reimbursement, work laptop & phone

This internship opportunity is not suitable for a research (thesis) internship. We are currently only able to offer this opportunity to students enrolled at a Dutch university.
