Manpower is looking for a HR Recruitment intern for the W&S team in the region Amsterdam.
The exact location is Diemen
You will actively search for candidates who will be directly employed by one of our clients through Manpower. This internship also involves a touch of sales. Throughout your time at Manpower, you will be paired with an experienced buddy who will provide you with all the guidance you need. On average, you will be engaged in the following tasks:
- Actively sourcing (approaching candidates)
- Screening candidates and conducting intake interviews
- Writing and sending proposals to the client
- Acting as a liaison for the client and collaborating with them on the best recruitment strategy, including visiting clients
- Conducting interviews with candidates (applications and phone intakes)
- Performing administrative tasks
- Drafting CVs of candidates for the client
- Visiting clients, if you're interested
- Internship compensation of gross €600.- per month
- Opportunity for a project/research. In this case, you will spend 50% of your time working

You will become part of the W&S (recruitment and selection) team at Manpower. The focus is on recruiting suitable candidates for W&S positions within the engineering and supply chain fields. The team concentrates on clients where candidates hired through Manpower receive a direct permanent contract (PERM) with the employers.
Working hours
The working hours for this full-time internship of 40 hours per week are during regular office hours. You are required to be present in the office for a minimum of three days per week.
- Preferably pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a university. However, if you’re enrolled in an HBO program, you are welcome to apply. Preferred study disciplines including HR, Economics, Business Administration, Commercial, etc.
- Availability for 40 hours per week starting from at least February 2024. Earlier start dates are negotiable
- Commercial skills (KPI-driven work) and a strong drive for success
- Minimum of 3 days per week at the office in Eindhoven, Diemen, or Utrecht
- Excellent command of the English language; Dutch is a plus
- Strong communication skills
