Manpower is looking for a HR Recruitment intern for the W&S team in Eindhoven.

You'll be proactively searching for candidates slated for direct employment with our clients through Manpower. This internship also has a sales element to it. Throughout your time at Manpower, you'll have an experienced buddy by your side, offering comprehensive guidance. On an average day, your tasks will include:

  • Actively sourcing (approaching candidates)
  • Conducting interviews with candidates (applications and phone intakes)
  • Screening candidates and conducting intake interviews
  • Writing and sending proposals to the client
  • Drafting CVs of candidates for the client
  • Acting as a liaison for the client and collaborating with them on the best recruitment strategy, including visiting clients
  • Performing administrative tasks

As a valuable member of Manpower's W&S (recruitment and selection) team, you'll be instrumental in identifying ideal candidates for positions in the engineering and supply chain domains. Our team focuses on clients where candidates sourced through Manpower secure direct permanent contracts (PERM) with their employers.


Working hours
The working hours for this full-time internship of 40 hours per week are during regular office hours. You are required to be present in the office for a minimum of three days per week.

Requirements
  • Preferably pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a university. However, if you’re enrolled in an HBO program, you are welcome to apply. Preferred study disciplines including HR, Economics, Business Administration, Commercial, etc.
  • Availability for 40 hours per week starting from at least February 2024. Earlier start dates are negotiable
  • Commercial skills (KPI-driven work) and a strong drive for success
  • Minimum of 3 days per week at the office in Eindhoven, Diemen, or Utrecht
  • Excellent command of the English language; Dutch is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
