Loans & Debt Capital Markets Origination:
We provide our (international) clients with a wide range of loan and debt capital market offerings. Institutional Solutions structures complex fund and capital markets solutions for Financial Institutions. We are at the core of 'disintermediation', which means connecting clients and investors without the use of the bank's balance sheet.
Capital Structuring & Advisory:
Our Capital Structuring & Advisory team assesses funding profiles of our clients, often in conjunction with a strategic event (e.g. M&A transaction, large investment, upcoming maturity of a large debt instrument or restructuring). Our team is the first port of call for capital structuring analysis and multi-product solutions for corporate events. We assist companies to arrive at an optimal capital structure and to realise the long-term strategic funding objectives.
