Robots continue to infiltrate into our homes. As technology becomes more advanced, it's clear that the world is changing. There is a good chance that robots will be functioning in ordinary people's homes within the next decade or so. But not only in people’s home but also in companies. Robots are set to become a reality within the next couple of decades.

Of course, there’s a wide range of technology available to assist the customer experience – from the mundane to the extremely innovative. Robots will play a bigger part in future customer service. Still, many questions remain unanswered about how humans and robots will interact, including in the workplace. We just know that many more of these interactions will be taking place, as robots continue to play a greater role in our lives. We tend to focus on what robots can do, more than how we will interact with them. This research will examine the human-robot interaction in the financial services domain.
You will be part of the Financial Services practice. Accenture Financial Services serves three industry groups: banking, capital markets and insurance. Accenture Financial Services works with the world’s best banks, capital markets firms, and insurers to achieve high performance.
- You are a Master student, in the final year of your graduation from university, preferably a specialization in the areas of Behavioral Economics or Business Economics;
- You have affinity with disruptive technologies;
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English;
- You can work independently;
- High level of motivation and drive;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking;
