The Australian Sales and Marketing Internship is a flexible program of up to 12 months, for full-time students studying at an Australian University. Skills & Qualifications
To join us as an intern your degree must allow you to work part-time alongside your university course. We are very flexible and Interns can work full-time throughout the Summer University holidays and part-time throughout university semester. We are looking for the following unique skills and qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a University Bachelor degree in your penultimate or final year
• Be available to begin a 12 month internship in either our December or February intake
• Leadership experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects whilst paying strict attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
• Understanding, and genuine excitement for, Microsoft's vision.
Along with your natural enthusiasm and love of challenges, we’ll also expect you to have a real passion for technology - and all the ways in which it can make life better. We also select many of our interns to join our Microsoft Academy for College Hires (MACH) development program - a two-year graduate program for our top-performing graduates. Our goals are to hire across a broad range of roles, and to develop your potential with training, mentoring and community building to enable a strong start and meaningful contribution to Microsoft with long-term career potential.
