About Finance & Control
Nestlé is an innovative organization and that is reflected in the modern organizational structure of Finance & Control. As a member of the Finance & Control team, you are right literally in the business and you are the hub of the organization. You will therefore gain insight into the work of Marketing, Sales, Category Management and the business. The performance of the business is monitored throughout the year in close collaboration with Marketing & Sales, and adjusted where necessary. The Finance & Control department is a trusted partner for the business as well as for the top management and the other functions, as their financial knowledge is indispensable to manage a large multinational like Nestlé.
Per August 1st 2017 we are looking for a new intern. Do you have affinity with finance and commerce and is getting experienced with all different facets of business control the challenge you’re looking for? Then you’re the intern wanted!
- Supporting the Head of Decision Support and Head of Sales Control
- Manage various reports that are part of the period of closure and management information;
- Be responsible for running several tools and analysing and commenting them
- Monthly cost analysis;
- Supporting in answering all kinds of ad hoc questions
- Creating relevant presentations for the Management
- HBO / university student, preferably a study in the direction of economics or finance and control
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands on approach and not afraid to stabbing your hands dirty
- Curiosity and enthusiastic approach
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good with numbers and good Excel skills
- Good command of English
An unique opportunity to work in a finance function in the biggest FMCG worldwide. Also is this internship the perfect way to experience how it is to participate in a multinational as Nestlé. During six months you work for 5 days a week at our headquarter in Amstelveen and you’ll get an excellent accompaniment.
Internship allowance is 500 euros a month and traveling expenses will be covered fully.
