Acting as a pioneer, the Contract Management department is located at the heart of our company. Key objective is to setup, deploy and maintain a vital process for Philips in a uniform and harmonized way.
Your Responsibilities
Support in a corporate wide process and IT application deployment!
You will be responsible for preparation of Go-Live events, Internal and External progress monitoring and reporting, Setup of Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Dashboards, gathering user feedback and translation into process and IT requirements.
You will be located in the centralized business center for Philips Healthcare. Our departmental services are offered corporate wide to the Lighting and Consumer Lifestyle sectors as well. Contracts and the way of working selling via our network of distributors and agents is an essential aspect in doing business.
Our processes are supported via an IT application which is being developed, deployed and actively used.
You will closely work together with 10 colleagues in a fun, but challenging environment. Your input and enthusiasm will be key in your personal development.

- Your thesis subject is depending upon your education. The thesis will serve the department, but your individual input will be crucial.
- Duration: 6 -12 month.
- We prefer students able to start as soon as possible, not later than September 2014
- Students on work placement or final-year study assignment are paid a work placement or final-year study assignment allowance.
- A student on a work placement or final-year study assignment is paid an allowance towards rented accommodation, depending on his/her situation. This will be determined setting up the Intern Contract.
- A student on work placement or final-year study assignment who can prove that he/she is not entitled to a student card for public transport (OV-studentenkaart) is paid an allowance to cover the cost of travel between home and the place of work in accordance with the Conditions of Employment Guideline.
- The student is entitled to paid leave on the basis of 1 day per month.
- Opportunity to buy Philips products with tax benefit (Philips MyShop)
To be successful in this internship we are looking for you:
- Currently studying towards your University Bachelor of Science/Master of science WO (Bsc./Msc.) in:
-Business Administration
-Business Informatics
-ICT
- Are fluent in oral and written English (in addition Chinese would be a pre.)
- Are skilled in using standard applications such as Microsoft PPT, Visio and excel.
- Have affinity with software applications.
- Are a team player with positive attitude
- Possess a “Can do” mentality and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Have strong analytic skills
- Have some affinity with Process and IT applications
- A Team Player, Positive attitude, can do mentality, desire to succeed. Strong analytic skills, affinity with Process and IT applications.
