You are responsible for

 

  • Setting up a performance management structure to provide transparency on the impact of the Central DEFOA Team, Business Units and Markets on the End2End DEFOA process.
  • Collaborating with improvement teams on Businesses and markets to reduce DEFOA
  • Supporting and driving communications activities that can mobilize the colleagues in the field to provide better feedback on the issues reported

 

You are a part of

 

Health systems Commercial Supply Chain organization responsible for exceeding order fulfillment expectations, enabling the delivery of the health continuum to our customers and consumers, as well as driving operational excellence. 

We are located at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Studying towards a Bachelor in Sciences / Master in Sciences Degree in:
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Business Administration
  • Preferable with experience in a multinational company/environment in previous internship assignments
  • Advanced business analytical skills (E.g use of pivot tables, slicers, visual basic)
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-driven, Eager to learn and to challenge status quo

We prefer students to perform a 6 months internship, preferable able to extend with 6 months. We would like you to start as soon as possible but no later than September 2017.
