Internship: Digital Content Support

Are you the enthusiastic, talented intern we’re looking for?
You will be part of the team working on unique Philips personal health programs developed with leading doctors and psychologists.
The role requires expert knowledge of working with digital content, preferably in health coaching and behavioral change areas.
Your responsibilities
- Digital content implementation, and maintenance of, global and localized propositions
- Close cooperation with various development teams in order to manage the implementation of different content types for our services (help pages, functional copy, motivational content and other)
- Providing support in defining requirements and validation of different content management system tools
- Collaboration with internal and external personnel (e.g. customer support, Country Organizations, development teams, design, etc.) for the purpose of implementing and/or maintaining assigned services and programs
- Gathering feedback from a wide variety of sources for the purpose of constant improvement of service content by analyzing issues, ensuring compliance with Philips processes, and/or monitoring program elements
You’ll be part of an enthusiastic team within Marketing and Services. Content Team, as part of M&S team manages the copy in the app, so your role will be to support the Content Lead to coordinate the content creation all the way to its implementation. You’ll be working closely with various stakeholders in the Netherlands but also in Bangalore and/or China.
- Non-thesis full time internship
- Duration: 6-12 months
- Available as soon as possible, but no later than May 2017
- Students on work placement or final-year study assignment are paid a work placement or final-year study assignment allowance.
- A student on a work placement or final-year study assignment is paid an allowance towards rented accommodation, depending on his/her situation. This will be determined setting up the Intern Contract.
- A student on work placement or final-year study assignment who can prove that he/she is not entitled to a student card for public transport (OV-studentenkaart) is paid an allowance to cover the cost of travel between home and the place of work in accordance with the Conditions of Employment Guideline.
- The student is entitled to paid leave on the basis of 1 day per month.

Currently studying towards your University Bachelor/Master of Science (Msc.) in the following fields:
- Marketing*
- Communications*
- Data Analyst
- Management in Technology
* For these students we do require you to have affinity with databases, market analysis, excel.
- Fluency in English
- Previous internship experience within a multinational environment is an added value.
