Job Description

 

Your challenge
Intern Business transformations:  you will participate as a junior resource in a global program of Philips to transform the organization towards a true solution selling company.

Your responsibilities
You will be responsible to support the Long-term Strategic business Partnership (LSP) deployment team in creations and improvement of new deployment and change management strategy, content, tools and templates.

  • Create content to support the implementation and change management strategy
  • Participate as a junior resource in the deployment and implementation of the LSP program to the market organizations
  • Support in the development and implementation a knowledge sharing platform  for implementation purpose

Additional support might be needed on the following activities:

  • Develop and maintain LSP related deployment tools & templates
  • Track and analyze key deployment & adoption metrics and create reports
  • Support in continuous improvement activities if necessary

Your team
You will be part of the LSP Operational team and collaborate with all relevant functions like the Deployment- & University program management and process design.

 

Our offer

 

  • It can be discussed to make this intern assignment suitable for thesis.
  • Duration: 6 -12 months
  • We prefer students able to start as soon as possible, but no later than April 2017.

 

Internship conditions

 

  • Students on work placement or final-year study assignment are paid a work placement or final-year study assignment allowance.
  • A student on a work placement or final-year study assignment is paid an allowance towards rented accommodation, depending on his/her situation. This will be determined setting up the Intern Contract.
  • A student on work placement or final-year study assignment who can prove that he/she is not entitled to a student card for public transport (OV-studentenkaart) is paid an allowance to cover the cost of travel between home and the place of work in accordance with the Conditions of Employment Guideline.
  • The student is entitled to paid leave on the basis of 1 day per month.
  • Opportunity to buy Philips products with tax benefit (Philips MyShop)

 

We are looking for

 

Students currently studying towards a Master of Science (Msc.) within the following fields:

  • Marketing
  • Management
  • Economics
  • International Business
  • Industrial Engineering

High Creative profile, being able to draft and detail out, based on incomplete information. ‘Think out-of-the-box’ mindset.

  • Able to work independently and in a virtual team
  • Analytical & strategic thinking, conceptually strong and able to translate it into specific actions
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office package and SharePoint is a pre requisite
