Your job
Four or five days a week, depending on your internship requirements, you will engage in the following activities during your internship:
As part of your daily tasks, you will support the set-up of Academy & Engagement projects and activities. For example, when it comes to the organisation of knowledge and inspirational sessions, you will be responsible for the promotion of the sessions and updating the invites and calendars. These sessions are mainly for everyone within DFC. Furthermore, you will also support the team with the organisation of Connect Events, which are organised to create more engagement within the departments of DFC. You will be the point of contact for all questions about projects and activities. You will manage the inbox and calendar. Speaking Dutch fluently is mandatory, and an intermediate level of English is preferable.
Given the current circumstances regarding the COVID-19 virus the internship will be from home.

The Academy & Engagement Team is part of the People, Conduct and Communications team within Detecting Financial Crime (DFC). The team is responsible for all projects regarding development, connection, and vitality, to enhance the overall employee experience.
You will work in a sub-team of four colleagues who all take on various projects. Both individually and together. They also work closely with other departments within Detecting Financial Crime. Due to COVID-19, the focus is also mainly on increasing engagement from home (connecting at distance). Also, the Academy & Engagement team offers many online knowledge sessions and inspiration.
