Your job
Length of the assignment: 6-9 months.
In order to become more data driven as a bank we have developed learning paths on data and data management. This is a series of trainings developed for different roles, based on their responsibilities. As coordinator of the data management learning paths, you will help to monitor and execute these tracks. You help to ensure everyone follows the right learning path at the right time, and you will report on the progress. You will be a full member of the Awareness & Education team, where creative solution are highly valued.
These will be some of your responsibilities:
- Communicate and align with stakeholders
- Look for ways to improve the adoption of the learning paths
- Maintain a clear overview of the execution of the learning paths
- Change or update information in the learning paths
- Provide proper data for the dashboard
- Make sure that enough trainings are scheduled to fulfil the demand
- Develop and share certificates to those who finished their learning path
You will be part of the department Chief Architect & Data Management (CADM). Our vision is to enable the bank to turn data into value, and to guide strategic change. You will become part of the CADM Awareness & Education team. This team is responsible for changing the mindset of all employees to become a data driven bank. We do this with help of awareness interventions (communication), campaigns and education, such as trainings.

- Affinity with the topic of communication and education
- A Bachelor’s degree, currently in your Masters program. Preferably in Business Administration (Bedrijfskunde), Management, Communication, Marketing or Organisational psychology
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Take responsibility
