Your job

You are a key person within our team, where you have a lot of contact with suppliers, various stakeholders, subsidiaries of ABN AMRO Bank and the countries where ABN AMRO Bank is represented. You are responsible for our new information page on SharePoint. It concerns a project in which it is important that all information from the various branches of the department is properly transferred to our SharePoint. It is therefore important that this information is always up-to-date, correct, findable, personal and relevant. For this stage it is important that you have a good command of the English language.

Your daily activities:

  • You are jointly responsible for keeping the information of the entire procurement on Sharepoint up-to-date;
  • You actively request statements of approval from information owners and ensure that these are picked up by information owners;
  • You create URLs with templates in SharePoint;
  • You take over time-consuming migration work in SharePoint from information owners;
  • You check information and adjust it according to the copy & content guidelines;
  • You collect functional wishes from information owners and users.

Your profile
  • You are a HBO/WO student enrolled in a Dutch university;
  • You are enrolled at university for the entire duration of the internship;
  • Your study covers Online Marketing, Journalism, Media and/or Communication;
  • You have affinity with met Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint;
  • You can start as soon as possible;
  • You are available for 5 months minimum.

  • Communicative: you can convey information in an accurate and clear manner.
  • English and Dutch speaker: you have an excellent level in the languages (spoken and written) is crucial.
  • Organised: you are often described as being organized, reliable, and confident.
  • Proactive: you have a “hands-on” mentality.
  • Team-player: you are a social person who loves to work in groups, sharing responsibilities but also laughs, coffee, and of course success!
