Graduation assignment: Setting up a process framework for the Supply Operations Department
Introduction
Supply Operations is responsible for availability of high tech parts and tools in our service hubs, balancing supply and demand of complex events and after sales activities at the customer sites. Ensuring that (thousands of) high-tech parts and tools are available on-time, on-spec and at the right quality.
Job Mission
You will be an intern supporting several Supply Operations teams responsible for the operational processes that enable us to enhance material availability. As the team has been growing at a high pace recently, you will set up a process framework of the key operational processes. Your tasks will consist of:
- Facilitate cross dept sessions;
- Create main operational processes;
- Link processes in the process framework;
- Analyze improvement potential;
- Write / update work instructions;
- Act as point of contact for other departments that interface operationally with the Supply Operations team;
- Act as right hand of the Sr Manager of the Supply Operations department
Job Description
You are a Bachelor student Industrial Engineering and have affinity with processes. You are analytical, energetic, independent and have good communication skills in Dutch and English.
This is an graduation assignment with a duration of minimal five months and four days per week.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
