Internship: Support the implementation of a Global Management development framework
Introduction
This is an apprentice internship (with the possibility for a graduation assignment) for a Master student in Human Resources, Organizational studies or Educational studies.
Job Mission
Over the past few years, ASML’s Customer Support (CS) sector has installed an academy for accelerating the development of their managers and leaders.
Now we will extend the focus of leadership development to all sectors in our Operations Department (OPS - of which CS is a part).
You’ll be responsible for supporting the implementation of the OPS-CS Academy by;
• Supporting the delivery of the OPS-CS specific programs
• Supporting the communication campaign on creating a learning organization
• Set up processes for monitoring and tracking the development of (new) leaders
• Supporting the analysis and reporting on progress and impact
You are a Master student in either Human Resources, Organizational studies or educational studies with strong affinity with People and Management Development. You have good communication skills and you are hands-on within an international, fast-paced setting. You are fluent in English both in conversations and in writing. Additionally, you’re a conceptual thinker as well as analytical.
This assignment has a minimum duration of 6-12 months and you are able to start in 2018 for 3 to 5 days per week. This assignment is suitable for both apprentice and graduation interns.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
