Internship: Support the Workplace Services communications team

Introduction

This is an apprentice internship for a bachelor or master student in Communications Studies, Organization Psychology, Human Resources or related who would like to develop communications initiatives to strengthen the reputation and knowledge of Activity Based Working within the organization. 

Job Mission

You will be part of the Workplace Services team, whose mission it is to enable ASML employees to excel by giving them the workspaces and tools they need to do their best work. We help teams to adopt an Activity Based way of working across various ASML locations worldwide.

Job Description

You will develop and deploy global as well as local communications initiatives for Activity Based Working (ABW) aiming to strengthen the knowledge and reputation of ABW within the organization. Your tasks will be:
- Content management for ABW intranet page
- Community Management for ABW Yammer page
- Drive communications initiatives for Veldhoven-based housing projects
- Further develop communications and change management toolkits
- Investigate effectiveness of alternative communications channels 
- Proposing ideas to modernize our communications approach 

Education

You are a bachelor or master student in Communication studies, Organization Psychology, Human Resources or related. You are independent and a creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have strong communication (writing) skills in English. 

This is an apprentice internship for a minimum of 6 months, for 4 or 5 days per week. The start date will be as soon as possible.
